OTrain is pleased to provide a Hosted + Managed + Supported solution for your Moodle based learning Management System, which we call OTrainU.

Hosted

Hosted means we take care of the servers and connectivity to the internet. We manage your ‘behind the scenes’ infrastructure to ensure your Learning Management System stays available on the internet for your users, and scales with you as you grow.

Managed

Managed means we take care of the files that make your Learning Management System work. This includes the many patches, updates and bug fixes required to keep your LMS safe, reliable and secure. It also includes managing things like your backups, and monitoring your site remains ‘up’ and available for your users.

Supported

Supported means Support for your administrators, trainers and students. This includes Live Chat Support from 7am -7pm Monday to Friday (Qld Time zone) for all users, and normal business hours support for your administrators.
